Registration Fees & Tuition Rates
Please contact the school office for information regarding registration fees and tuition rates. All registration fees are non-refundable.
Preschool Programs (3-5 years old)
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- Tuesday/Thursday, or
- Monday through Friday
- Lunch and Extended care are available until 6:00 pm.
Family Participation Program (FPP)
Each family is responsible for volunteering 20 hours of their time and talent throughout the school year.
08/01 thru 12/31 = 10 regular hours
01/01 thru 05/31 = 7 regular hours
Annual Saints Gala = 3 hours
Parents are responsible for recording their own volunteer hours, which includes getting a signature from the Volunteer Coordinator for the event/activity.
Unmet volunteer hours will be charged to family accounts in January and May.
Additional Services
Extended Care Program
Our Extended Care program provides parents with flexible before and after school childcare services. Extended Care is available for all students (preschool - middle school).
Extended Care Hours:
- Begins: 7:00am
- Ends: 6:00pm
Extended Care Fees are billed:
- Per-Use: In 15-minute increments (based on the current hourly rate) or
- Monthly: Paid in advance at a discounted rate

Hot Lunch Program
ORDERING:
Lunch orders may be placed online at www.catertots.com. Families must first set-up a parent account for on their website to order lunch service.
Ordering/Cancelling Deadlines:
- New order -- by 9:00am the business day prior to service
- Change/Cancel -- by 9:00am the business day prior to service for full credit
- Same-day illness -- by 8:00am for half credit via email or voicemail
EMERGENCY LUNCH:
Cater Tots does have an emergency lunch option available. The emergency lunch rate is available on the website. Orders need to be placed and paid for anytime from 9:01 am until 11:30 pm the day prior to service for Tuesday-Thursday service days, and from 9:01 am Fri until 11:30 pm Sunday for a Monday service day.
